do i need a referral?

A referral is not necessary to access our services. You can get in touch with us directly through email or phone - further details on our contact page.

If a health professional has provided a referral to us, please advise us so that it can be reviewed on or prior to the first consultation.

DO YOU PROVIDE HOME/SCHOOL VISITS?

Yes! We are a mobile service, so all consultations will performed in a setting that your child is comfortable in - their home, childcare or school.

IS THERE FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES?

In some instances, there is Medicare or NDIS funding available. Speak with your doctor or NDIS plan manager to see if your child might be eligible.

If you have private health insurance, our services may be covered by your fund.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand people get busy and from time to time, emergencies come up and things change. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment so we can have time to offer your appointment to someone else.
